Bluestone

Bluestone is used for paving, walls, and veneers. In this area it is expensive compared to limestone, so we see much less of it. Bluestone is very handsome, with colors ranging from blue to green to gold. It is generally think (about 1-1/2") but is rough on top and bottom, and slightly varies in thickness. Bluestone may be purchased in slabs or precut.
