Our landscape services include all aspects of design, landscape, and hardscape. Our design philosophies tend toward incorporating naturalized plantings and xerisape methods as society moves towards a need for more environmentally sensitive surroundings. Our hardscaping division includes patios, walkways, retaining walls, and ponds. We also have an ever-increasing plant production area, which provides beautiful plant materials for a one-of-a-kind look.
The Irrigation Department seeks to meet customer needs through use of quality TORO products, of which Master Landscape is a distributor. The design needs of the client and site are met through plan design, soil water analysis, and rate calculations. Only by measuring and then providing a scaled plan of your home and landscape can we accurately gauge your needs and then thoroughly estimate your project. The Turf and Seeding Department works with a variety of grasses and sod types to best suit the needs of the situation. Services include soil fertility analysis and nutrient management. These jobs cross the spectrum from large commercial, to sports turf, to residential. This includes native grass seeding, sodding, and disturbed soil seeding. Athletic fieldwork encompasses a wide range from seeding of roughs, fairways, tees, and greens, to drainage and sand trap construction and renovation. This department works closely with the maintenance department for detection and correction of turf problems.
The Maintenance Department covers the Manhattan, Wamego, St. Mary's, and Junction City areas. This includes residential and commercial maintenance in turf and ornamental plant care. Mowing, pruning, cleanup, fertilization, and pest management are offered to meet the demands of the client. Organic lawn care methods have been implemented and are quickly becoming popular with many clients.
