LIGHTING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Spring Checkup. During the spring we replace bulbs in the lights, reset timers, and adjust lights to make sure that they are properly accenting the house and landscape. As plants grow, some lights may need to be moved. When we install lighting, we make sure to leave slack in the wire to facilitate possible moving.
Monthly Checkup. This includes replacing any burnt out lights, making sure the timer is properly set, and adjusting lights properly.
