Seeding lawns is a process which, unfortunately, is not available year-round.  Basic seeding is available in both spring and fall. Weather plays a tremendous role in determining when we can seed. Generally the best times to seed are:

  • Spring Seeding:  late February – May 15
  • Fall Seeding: late August – October 15

Seeding your yard outside of these dates significantly reduces the success of your grass seed.  Master Landscape offers free seeding estimates if interested, but we typically fill up our seeding schedule early.  As soon as you know you would like your lawn seeded we recommend you contact us.
